Summer is a wonderful time for children to strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and prepare for the school year ahead—without the pressure of a traditional classroom.
The My Learning Farm 6-Week Summer Academic Program in Penryn, California, provides individualized, evidence-based academic instruction for students who need extra support or want to keep their skills growing over the summer.
From June 14–July 22, 2027 students receive 45-minute 1:1 sessions twice each week choosing either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule.
🌱 Individualized Summer Academic Support
Each child's instruction is designed to meet them exactly where they are. Families may choose support in:
📖 Reading — decoding, fluency, comprehension, phonemic awareness, and structured literacy
✏️ Writing — sentence development, organization, handwriting, and written expression
🔤 Spelling — phonics, spelling patterns, morphology, and encoding
➗ Math — foundational skills, fact fluency, number sense, multiplication, division, fractions, and more
Instruction may incorporate evidence-based approaches including Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy and Making Math Real®, depending on the student's individual learning needs.
🐴 Summer Learning—My Learning Farm Style
My Learning Farm specializes in supporting students who may need a different approach to learning. Rather than simply providing more practice, instruction focuses on building foundational skills, filling learning gaps, and helping children experience success.
With individualized instruction, a welcoming farm environment, and all learning materials provided, summer can become an opportunity for your child to head into the new school year feeling more capable, confident, and prepared.

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

Tuition: $850 for the full 6-week program
