This week in My Learning Farm READS!, Charlotteās Web jumped right off the page and onto the farm! š¾ā¤ļø
We read Chapters 2ā3, practiced writing about what we learned, took a deep dive into Roman numerals, learned some fascinating pig facts, and explored our vocabulary word manureāincluding all the useful things we do with it here on the farm. š©š
But the BIG highlight? Our students got to meet our very own Wilbur stand-inā¦ MILLIE! š·
A HUGE thank you to the Berry Family for letting us borrow sweet Millie for the day. She helped our students make a real-world connection to the storyāand that is exactly what READS! is all about.
