Cue the confetti, sound the celebration bells, and make some room on the certificate wall… this amazing young man has passed Level Three in his reading program! 🎉

And guess what? He’s headed into the final level! I could not be more proud of him. He has worked his tail off to grow as a reader, and getting to celebrate this milestone together makes my heart so happy!

So Much More Than a Certificate

When a student completes a level, I LOVE handing over that well-earned certificate and saying, “Congratulations!” But for me, the celebration holds so much more than that piece of paper.

It’s a chance to look back on the whole adventure we’ve shared along the way.

I think about those especially sticky lessons that took a little extra practice. The funny stories and the kryptonite wordsthat seemed determined to trip us up. The laughs, the questions, the good days when everything clicked, and the tougher days when we took a deep breath and tried again.

Every bit of it is part of the journey. And every time we pause to celebrate, I get to remember just how far this student has come—and how much fun we’ve had growing together. 💛

I love his curiosity about the world, his wonderful sense of humor, and his willingness to give things a try. He brings so much personality to our time together, and I never know what funny story or interesting question might come up next!

Teacher Tam, you have put so much effort into your reading, and I hope you feel incredibly proud of yourself. I know I sure do! You’ve kept going through the tricky parts, celebrated your successes, and brought plenty of laughter along for the ride.
